This joint application is filed on behalf of the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC for recording the settlement arrived at between the parties.

During the pendency of the suit, parties have arrived at an amicable settlement of their inter se disputes, whereby Defendants have agreed to procure the software programs which are mentioned and alluded to in paragraph 1(b) of the application along with the other terms incorporated therein.

Court has perused the terms of the settlement and finds the same to be lawful.

allowed, recording the settlement between the parties. 5.

Application stands disposed of.

CS(COMM) 819/2025 and I.A. 19450/2025 6.

This suit is instituted on behalf of the Plaintiffs inter alia seeking permanent injunction restraining Defendants and all others acting on their behalf from infringement of Plaintiffs' copyright in their Solid Works software program and its various versions, passing off, rendition of accounts of profit, damages, etc.

In view of the order passed in I.A. 4043/2026 above, suit is decreed in terms of the settlement between the parties.

Registry is directed to draw up the decree sheet. 9.

Suit is disposed of along with pending application. 10.

Date of 27.03.2026 stands cancelled.

Plaintiffs are held entitled to refund of 50% Court fees in accordance with the Court Fees Act, 1870.
