Present application has been filed by the petitioner seeking directions to transfer the investigation to any other independent authorities.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Accordingly, State is directed to transfer the case to Anti Human Trafficking Units (AHTU). Police station concerned is directed to handover all the papers relating to the investigation in FIR Nos.582/2023 and 527/2023 to Anti Human Trafficking Units W.P.(CRL) 3804/2023 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Concerned police officials is directed to file a monthly status report before the concerned Metropolitan Magistrate and also provide the same to the petitioner and, if any clue is found about the missing girl of the petitioner, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner 5.
