The present application has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents No.3 and 4 to prevent the local transporter from parking their heavy vehicles on the road.

Having heard the learned counsel for both the parties, we consider it appropriate to dispose of the application granting liberty to the applicant/petitioner to make a representation to the respondents with regard to the relief sought in the application, in which event, the respondents are

directed to consider the same in accordance with law. 4.
