Appellant has filed an appeal for reduction of the award dated 01.05.2025 passed by the learned MACT awarding compensation of Rs. 34,05,000/- along with interest @ 7.5% p.a. from the date of filing of the claim petition. On appeal, the insurance company deposited the entire awarded amount along with up-to-date interest with the Registrar General of this Hon'ble Court in terms of order dated 11.08.2025 and 75% of the awarded amount was already directed to be released to the respondent nos. 1 to 3/claimants in terms of award of the Tribunal. 2.
We have interacted with the learned counsel for the appellant. Apropos such interaction and deliberation, learned counsel for the appellant wishes to withdraw the present appeal. We permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal subject to the condition that the legal rights of the claimant shall stand protected. 4.
In view of the above, direction is issued to release the balance amount lying deposited with the Registrar General of this Court to the respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3/claimants as per the proportions detailed in the award subject to the compliance of all the requisite formalities. 5.
Needless to say that the appellant shall be entitled to refund of the statutory amount along with interest, if any, and direction is issued to release the same to the appellant.

In terms of the aforesaid, the present appeal along with pending application (s) stand disposed of.
