In view of submission of learned counsel as well as order of learned Arbitrator dated 28.07.2025, let the witnesses as mentioned at serial no. 6 of the table at page no. 14 of the main petition (in para no. 7) be summoned along with relevant record on taking necessary steps on behalf of the petitioner, for the next date of hearing before the learned Arbitrator on the date already fixed i.e. 23.08.2025 at his office i.e. A-138, Second Floor, Defence Colony, New Delhi.
