This petition seeks quashing of FIR No. 953/2016 U/S 420/406/120B IPC P.S. K.N Katju Marg basis settlement dated 16th July 2024 arrived at with facilitation of Delhi Mediation Centre, Rohini Courts, Delhi, which is on record of this Court.

Settlement amount of Rs.25 lakhs has been received by respondent no.2, who appears through VC and confirms the same. She states that she has no objection to quashing of the FIR.

Petitioner no.1-3 are present in Court and are duly identified by IO. 4.
Considering the above settlement between the parties and the chances of conviction of the petitioners being remote and bleak, there is no use continuing with proceedings of the present FIR as it would be a misuse of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
