% 09.10.2017 Despite an opportunity granted on the last date of hearing, respondents No.1 and 2 have not filed their reply. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned Arbitrator has already been appointed.

Accordingly, the interim order passed by this court on 30/5/2017 shall continue to operate, till the pendency of the arbitration proceedings. The learned Arbitrator is requested to enter appearance within four weeks. Liberty is granted to the parties to file an appropriate application before the learned Arbitrator to modify or vacate the said interim order or to seek any further interim orders in this regard. Petition stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
