It is informed by both sides that in compliance with last order, all petitioners surrendered.

Further, it appears that during pendency of these proceedings, case of the petitioners was reconsidered by the Sentence Review Board and again their plea for early release was rejected vide order dated 18.09.2024. Learned counsel for petitioners on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition in order to challenge the rejection order dated 18.09.2024 of the SRB.

Accordingly, the petition and the pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
