Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners with the following prayers: "a. Issue the Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ, directing the respondent no.

1, for initiating immediate steps/action/measurements for protection ol' life of petitioners from the illegal act of respondent no.2 to7 as the life of petitioners are in danger and further for registering appropriate case against the respondent no.2 to 7 and others, who are giving threat to eliminate the petitioner no. 2 and his family members and also eliminate to petitioner no. 1.

b. Also, appropriate orders be passed against the respondents and others and they should be proceeded against for the offences committed by them in accordance with law."
