O R D E R

% 30.08.2024 After some arguments, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to raise all contentions before the learned Trial Court at the stage of charge. Learned senior counsel submits that there is a possibility of settlement and before making submissions on charge, learned Trial Court may refer the matter to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre for adjudication of matter.

Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition along with pending applications. However, learned Trial Court, if requested, may refer the matter to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre before considering the matter/arguments on charge.

Learned Trial Court shall also decide the question on charge in accordance with the law expeditiously.

Accordingly, the present petition along with pending applications stand disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
