Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 29th March, 2026, a fresh status report has been filed by the respondent no.1/MCD. In view of the aforesaid status report, this Court is satisfied that the respondent no.1/MCD is taking appropriate action in accordance with law for demolishing the unauthorised construction in the subject property. 3.
