% 20.02.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 23rd January, 2017 passed in W.P.(C) No.583/2017 wherein respondent-SDMC made a statement that demolition programme with regard to property bearing no. 149, Hauz Khas, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi has been fixed for February, 2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that very negligible demolition has been carried out at the aforesaid property after the order dated 23rd January, 2017.

However, this Court is of the view that present contempt petition is premature as the impugned order records that demolition programme is fixed for February, 2017 and the month of February is not yet over. Consequently, the petition and application are dismissed. MANMOHAN, J FEBRUARY 20, 2017/KA
