Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to pursue the present matter any further. 2.

This Court notes that the present petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent nos. 1 and 2, to take action against the unauthorized and illegal construction, being carried out by respondent no. 3, in the property bearing Khasra Nos. 338/227, 232, 234 and 235, 195, Q-2, Batla House, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi-110025.

This Court notes that in the last order passed by this Court on 11th August, 2025, it has been categorically recorded that with respect to the unauthorized construction in the property in question, demolition order has already been passed by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") on 15th April, 2025.

unauthorized construction existing in the property in question, and in view of the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, no further order is being passed by this Court.

The Station House Officer ("SHO"), Police Station, Jamia Nagar, is also directed to ensure that they shall cooperate with the MCD, whenever action against the unauthorized construction is sought to be taken by the MCD.

Further, it shall be ensured that no further unauthorized construction takes place in the property in question.

Noting the aforesaid, the present writ petition, along with the pending application, stands disposed of.
