The writ petition is disposed of with the following order: a. The petition preferred by petitioner be treated as a representation as she is claiming to be stepping into the shoe of her deceased husband Late Sh.Rajender Kumar, whose receipt of payment made to respondent, and the death certificate is placed on record. b. We expect respondent to deal with the request made in the petition and communicate in writing the decision taken to petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from today.
