After hearing the parties, the only intervention which is called for in the matter is that amount of cost can be reduced in each of the cases from Rs.10,000/-.

In view of reasons stated in the petitions and the submissions made by the learned counsel for petitioner, we reduce the cost in each of the cases from Rs.10,000/- to Rs.3,000/-.

Accordingly, the petitions stand partly allowed. 4.
