By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking following prayer:

"It is further most prayed that to provide direction to the respondent no. 2 SHO PS Karawal Nagar and Respondent No. 3, DCP, Seelampur, Delhi to vacate the illegal ossession of the respondent no.4 from the petitioner‟s property."

Issue notice. Mr. Yasir Rauf Ansari, learned ASC (Crl) accepts notice on behalf of the State.

Sharma, was married to Vishesh Kumar (Respondent No.4), and the petitioner had spent approximately ₹15,00,000/- on the marriage and household items. The couple had two children who now live with the petitioner after the death of her daughter. Since marriage, Reena Sharma had been subjected to domestic violence by her husband and in-laws, including frequent physical abuse. It is stated that on 30.06.2021, the petitioner had purchased a property at 259/2, Ambika Vihar, Karawal Nagar, Delhi, using her own funds. She had constructed the house and resided there with her family, including respondent no. 4. The petitioner has alleged that respondent no.4 had conspired to usurp the property, and had started administering medicines to her daughter without medical advice, which led to her deteriorating health and eventual death on 07.02.

2025 at GTB Hospital. The petitioner believed her daughter had been murdered as part of a conspiracy by respondent no.4 and his family. Later, her grand-daughter Navika had revealed to the petitioner that respondent no.4 was responsible for Reena Sharma‟s death and had showed photos related to the incident. After the property was purchased, respondent no. 4 forged documents using the petitioner‟s signatures taken under false pretexts, allegedly to transfer ownership of the house. On multiple occasions, including 10.03.2025, 28.04.2025, and 22.06.2025, the respondents had physically assaulted the petitioner and her family, vandalized property, stole valuables, and had forcibly evicted the petitioner from her home with the help of local police. 4.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that despite several written complaints submitted to the police on the aforesaid allegations, no action has been taken. threatened with dire consequences if further complaints are made. The petitioner herein seeks registration of FIR, investigation, restoration of property, and protection for herself and her grandchildren. 5.

Having heard arguments on behalf of the petitioner as well as the State, this Court deems it appropriate to direct that the present petition be treated as representation, on behalf of the petitioner, by the concerned DCP who shall look into the contents of the petition and will take appropriate action, as per law, on the complaints of the petitioner, within a period of 15 days from date of receipt of this order, under intimation to the petitioner herein.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of. 4.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed its opinion on the merits of the case.
