The suit property falls in East Azad Nagar, Delhi - 110051 and on checking from Delhi Govt. Website, it is found that the area of Jyoti Nagar falls within the jurisdiction of Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. Accordingly the ministerial order dated 23.03.2016 for transfer of the present matter to East District, Karkardooma Courts, is modified.
