% 20.04.2017 The case has been listed today on an office note which states that vide order dated 28.03.2014, 80% of the deposited award amount was released to the respondent No. 1 through the UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch in terms of the award.

In the final adjudication dated 09.03.2015, the compensation amount was reduced by Rs.2,05,842/-. The Registry has noted that an amount of Rs17,878/- has been overpaid to the respondent No. 1. Let a report in this regard be obtained from the Manager, UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch and be put on record. Renotify on 13.07.2017.
