CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A. K. CHAWLA

O R D E R

% 03.08.2017 CM APPL. 23166/2017 (Restoration) In the affidavit filed in pursuance of the order dated 05.07.2017, the responsibility appears to be getting shifted on the shoulders of the advocate. As per the affidavit, the factum of the pendency of the instant contempt petition is said to have been orally brought to the knowledge of the counsel appearing before the AT, MCD. Who did so and to whom, affidavit filed is sans any details. The hesitancy to disclose even such information, if that be so, gives an impression that the North DMC is not taking the subject seriously and there is an attempt to push the things under the carpet. List on 22nd September, 2017.

It is however, clarified that the proceedings before this Court, shall have no bearing on the disposal of the appeal relating to the subject property and it is expected of AT, MCD to dispose off the appeal expeditiously as soon as possible, preferably, within three months from today. Copy be sent to AT, MCD forthwith. A. K. CHAWLA, J AUGUST 03, 2017 ac
