7Mr. Rishi submits that parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and a decree of divorce has been passed. It is further pointed out that a petition seeking quashing of the FIR has been filed by the husband. Counsel also submits that the wife would co-operate in quashing of the FIR. In view of the settlement arrived at, all the appeals and pending applications stand disposed of.
