This application has been filed under Section 482 read with Section 440 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking modification of the order dated 02.05.2024 in so far as it imposes a condition of furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- and two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court for releasing the applicant on bail.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that keeping in view the applicant's financial condition, he is unable to comply with the said condition.

Taking note of the same, the condition of releasing the applicant on bail is modified to the limited extent that, instead of furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- with two sureties of the like amount, the applicant be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 25,000/- and one surety of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court. The other conditions as stipulated by the Judgment dated 02.05.2024 shall, however, continue to be complied.
