The present application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 775/2023 under Sections 307/506/34 of the IPC, and Sections 25/27 of Arms Act, registered at P.S. Narela Industrial Area. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file the same before the learned Trial Court after the stage of consideration on charge.
