The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has undergone surgery on 04.01.2024 and has been advised post operative treatment by the treating doctor.

He has handed over the medical records of the petitioner, the same are taken on record.

The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner undertakes to surrender on 20.01.2024 positively.

In view of the above, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 01.12.2023 is extended till 20.01.2024, on which date the petitioner will surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent. 5.
