The learned counsel for the applicant points out that the bail application filed on an earlier occasion was dismissed as withdrawn as the learned Prosecutor had given an assurance that the matter is likely to conclude in another eight to ten months. He submits that even as on today, the trial has not concluded. 2.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that only one witness remains to be examined. He assures that the said witness would appear before the learned Trial Court on the next date of hearing.

This Court is conscious of the fact that detention of the accused for every single day causes great hardship and gives rise to cause of action to apply for grant of bail, however, since the trial is at the fag end and the State has assured that the only witness who remains to be examined would appear before the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
