This application has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short, 'Cr.P.C.') praying for grant of Anticipatory Bail in FIR no.887/2023 registered with Police Section: Keshav Puram, North-West District, Delhi under Sections 308/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (in short, 'IPC').

This Court, by its order dated 22.12.2023, had directed that no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicant subject to him joining and co-operating in the investigation as and when directed to do so.

had occurred on the issue of parking of a vehicle in front of the factory of the applicant. There is an allegation that the injured was beaten by sticks and iron rods. It is further stated that the applicant has joined the investigation.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, in fact, it is the other side which initiated the fight and for which the applicant has also filed a complaint, that is, FIR no.929/2023 registered with Police Station: Keshav Puram, North-West District, Delhi under Sections 341/323/427/506/34 of the IPC. He further submits that the injuries suffered by the complainant have been reported as 'Simple' in nature.

Keeping in view the above circumstances, and the fact that the applicant had duly joined the investigation, in the event of arrest, the applicant be released on bail in FIR no.887/2023 registered with Police Section: Keshav Puram, North-West District, Delhi, subject him furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one local surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the IO/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned, and further subject to the following conditions:
(i) that the applicant will join investigation as and when directed, in writing;
(ii) that the applicant shall not leave the NCT of Delhi without intimating the IO/SHO concerned;
