It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in pursuant to the order dated 22.12.2023 passed by the learned Predecessor Bench, the amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- in the form of the FDR has been deposited before the learned Trial Court. Moreover, the pleadings are complete before the learned Trial Court and admission/ denial of documents has also been conducted, and the matter is listed for framing of issues as well as for recording of the evidence of the petitioner.

The above submissions have been conceded on behalf of the respondent.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in the aforesaid circumstances, nothing remains in the present petition, and the same may be disposed of.

In view of the above submissions, the present petition stands disposed of.
