After addressing some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition as the same has become infructuous, however, she submits that pursuant to order dated 22.12.2023 of the learned predecessor of this Court in respect of para nos. 7, 8 and 9, she be granted liberty to move appropriate application along with the schedule before the Family Court.

Accordingly, the present petition along with the pending applications are disposed of as withdrawn.
