For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and CONT.CAS(C) 1935/2023 is taken up for hearing. 2.

The application stands disposed of.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that even though a Demand Draft for a sum of ₹1,00,000/- was prepared, that is, Demand Draft No. 414756 dated 29.12.2023 drawn on the State Bank of India, the same could not be deposited with the Registrar General of this Court in the absence of specific directions by this Court.

order that may be passed by this Court.

He further submits that due to financial constraints, the entire interim maintenance could not be paid by the respondent to the petitioner.

He submits that the respondent undertakes to pay the interim monthly maintenance of ₹5,500/- per month, and to clear the arrears of the interim maintenance, calculated from 01.09.2023, as directed by this Court by order dated 16.08.2023, in Crl.REV.P. 839/2023, in equal monthly instalments in the next six months.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the sum of ₹1,00,000/- is released in her favour and the respondent pays interim maintenance to her in the manner as suggested in order dated 16.08.2023. 8.

Since the parties are agreeable to the said arrangement, no further orders are required to be passed in the present case. 9.

Let the Demand Draft be deposited with the Registrar General of this Court during the course of the day. 10.

The Registry is directed to release the amount of ₹1,00,000/- in favour of the petitioner.

It is made clear that the payment of ₹1,00,000/- to the petitioner would be subject to final outcome of the Crl.REV.P. 839/2023.

The present petition stands disposed of.
