The present petition under Sections 2(b), 10, 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:
"a. Punish the Respondents herein for contempt of court in accordance with the law for willful and deliberate breach of directions/guidelines issued by the Hon'ble supreme court in Nipun Saxena and another versus Union of India and others (20 19) 2 SCC 703 and directions issued by Hon 'ble Delhi High Court in Crl. ref. no. 2 of 2016 titled as court on its own motion v. state. b.
Pass any such other order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, in the interests of justice."
