The present petition under Sections 2, 10, 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "a)Punish the contemnor for disobedience of Settlement dated 11.03.2024 passed in mediation case no. L-7884 of 2024 in CT case. No. 134 of 2023 by Delhi Mediation Centre KKD.

b). Impose exemplary cost on the contemnor and recover the same from his personal account and c). Pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit& proper in the circumstances of the case." 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the latter shall cooperate in filing the second motion for divorce by mutual consent within 10 days.
