Learned counsel for respondent submits that as per the instructions, the respondents have already filed a review petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, which is though yet to be listed, while reserving their rights and contentions made in such review petition and in order to ensure the compliance of the order in question, they would issue "letter of offer of appointment" to the petitioner within a maximum period of four weeks from today.

Learned counsel for petitioner, based on the aforesaid specific assurance, submits that at the moment, petitioner is not interested in pursuing with his present contempt petition. He, however, seeks liberty to revive the present contempt petition if needful is not done as undertaken above.

Petition is accordingly disposed of as not pressed. 4.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
