The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "i. issue contempt of court Proceeding against the respondent no.3 for will breach of undertaking of recovery of the balance awarded amount from respondent no.4 and against the respondent no.2 for will disobedience W.P.(C) 1667/17 dt. 04.01.2018 regarding disbursal of the deposit amount as directed in the order dated CM No. 49123/2019 and pass such order. ii That pass such order/direction against the respondents and in favour of the applicant/petitioner which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit and proper, in the light of above mentioned facts and circumstances."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that directions given vide the aforesaid order have been complied with and he has no further grievance. 4.
