Mr. Abhinav Singh, counsel for MCD points out that the Status Report on behalf of MCD was filed in August 2024. Copy of the same is not available with counsel for petitioner, the same may be supplied to him. 2.

Counsel for petitioner appears through VC and states that compliances are yet to be done particularly with regard to what was stated in order dated 23rd October 2024.

A perusal of the report would show that adequate compliance has been done on the issue of unauthorized construction including communication to the authorities for utilities and disconnection of electricity & water supply on property in question.

Petition is, therefore, disposed of.
