Learned counsel for the parties state that the disputes between the parties have been settled in mediation.

Mediation was conducted by the Delhi Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts upon a reference of the disputes in Civil Suit No. 7/2016 pending before the District Court. A copy of the settlement agreement dated 30.07.2024 has been handed up in Court, and is taken on record. In the settlement agreement, reference has been made to the present appeal also, and the appellant has undertaken to withdraw the present appeal in terms of the settlement agreement. 3.

The settlement agreement is signed by all the three parties, and their learned counsel as well as the learned Mediator. 4.

An amount of ₹ 4,00,000/- payable by the respondents to the appellant under the settlement agreement, has also been paid. In view of the above, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.
