However, on query to the counsel for MCD, it transpires that the goods have still not been released to the petitioner on account of nonpayment of requisite charges which are apparently in the range of Rs.600/-. 3.
Counsel for the MCD however, seeks time to take instructions in this regard.

It also transpires that COV has now been amended. 5.
Counsel for Delhi Police is also present.

Upon the petitioner filing requisite fee for release of goods, the said goods be released within a period of one week, thereafter.
