The present appeal is filed by the Appellant/Survivor under Section 372 read with Section 2(WA) of Criminal Procedure Code assailing the impugned judgment of acquittal dated 14th August, 2023 passed by Sh. Vishal Pahuja, ASJ, South District, Saket Court, Delhi in SC No. 7124/2016 arising out of FIR No. 432/2013 registered under Sections 302/203 IPC at PS: Malviya Nagar. The facts of the said case are that the Respondent No.2/Wife of the Appellant was accused to have murdered the mother of the Appellant. However, vide the aforesaid judgment, Respondent No.2/Wife of the Appellant - Ms. Rachna was acquitted by the Trial Court. Thus, the present Appeal.

Ld. Counsel for the Appellant wishes to withdraw the present appeal against. In view of the same, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
