% 16.02.2018 Though the petition at hand was filed seeking to assail the order dated 21.11.2016 in CS 17204/2016 instituted by the petitioner himself, at the hearing on the petition, the only prayer made is that the original power of attorney in favour of Dr. S.P. Mehta may be allowed to be taken on record. There is no reason why this prayer should not be granted. The trial judge will take on record the original power of attorney of Dr. S.P. Mehta and proceed further in accordance with law.

The petition and the application filed therewith are disposed of with these observations.
