The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking the following reliefs:- "a. Quash the FIR No. 159 of 2021 registered by the Economic Offences Wing, New Delhi for the alleged offences u/s 409, 406, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code 1860 along with all the proceedings arising out of FIR No. 159 of 2021. b. During the pendency of this petition, grant interim stay on all proceedings arising out of FIR No. 159 of2021. c. In the interim, issue directions that no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioners herein in relation to FIR No. 159 of 2021..."
