% 22.03.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 05th September, 2016 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) No.7771/2016 whereby the respondent No.1 was directed to treat the writ petition as a representation and pass a reasoned order after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within eight weeks.

Today, learned counsel for respondent No.1 has handed over a photocopy of the order dated 21st March, 2017 whereby the petitioner's representation has been disposed of by way of a reasoned order. The same is taken on record.

In view thereof, present contempt petition and application are disposed of as satisfied.

However, petitioner is given an opportunity to challenge the order dated 21st March, 2017 in accordance with law. Rights and contentions of all parties are left open.
