Ankita Lal, ASJ( FTSC) RC-01, West, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi in a case titled "Sunita Rani Vs Mahesh Sikka" in CA No. 141/2022, whereby Ld Appellate Court dismissed the application u/s 91 C.r.P.C. filed on behalf of Applicant/Petitioner herein and on this behalf. (B) Allow the application under Section 91 C.r.P.C. filed by the Applicant/Petitioner herein (C) Pass such other or further order(s) as it may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."
