The present petition is filed under Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (8A&C Act, 19969) seeking execution of the Award dated 18.05.2024.

Admittedly, the award which is sought to be enforced is stayed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court under Section 34 subject to certain compliances. Since petition under Section 34 is pending and certain interim arrangement has been made, therefore, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the instant petition pending.
