The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking the following reliefs:- "a) Quash the FIR No. 246 of 2019 dated 22.11.2019 filed by the Respondent No.3 and 4 with the Economic Offences Wing, Delhi under Section 406, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and quash all criminal proceedings arising out of FIR No. 246 of2019.

b) During the pendency of this petition, grant interim stay on all proceedings arising out of FIR No. 246 of2019. c) In the interim, issue directions that no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioners herein in relation to the FIR No. 246 of 2019...."
