This petition has been filed, under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of a Sole Arbitrator, who is in seisin of disputes between the parties under a LOI dated 11.04.2018 and MOM dated 17.04.2018 awarded for "Detailed design engineering, methodology, WPS, resource planning, quality control, project monitoring consultancy, welder's qualification and site supervision for execution of the Penstock Steel Liners of the Kameng Hydro Electric Project".
