However, the learned Trial Court is directed to ensure expeditious trial of the present case, since the learned Trial Court has sought extension of time, despite previous directions from this Court thrice. It is expected that the learned Trial Court will list this matter on day-to-day basis, without giving any adjournments, and will decide the same positively, within two months from date.
