By way of the present application, the applicant is seeking grant of anticipatory bail in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 191/2025, registered at Police Station K.N. Katju Marg, Delhi, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter 'IPC').

The brief facts of the case are that the complainant, Mr. Gaurav Malik, alleged that he was induced by accused Ravi Singh @ Satender, his associates, and family members to part with large sums of money on the pretext of loans, property investment, and assured monthly returns. In this manner, a total of about ₹66 lakhs was taken from him, for which several cheques were issued by the accused persons, all of which were dishonoured. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant argues that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further argued that the applicant herein has joined investigation and has cooperated with the investigating agency pursuant to grant of interim protection by this Court. Therefore, it is prayed that the application for grant of anticipatory bail be allowed.

The learned APP for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer (IO) concerned, fairly submits that the applicant has joined investigation and has cooperated with the investigating agency. It is also stated that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required. 5.

This Court has heard arguments addressed on behalf of the applicant as well as State and has perused the material available on record. 6.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the present case and the fact that the applicant has joined investigation and custodial interrogation of the accused is not required, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant. In event of arrest, the applicant shall be released on her furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/I.O concerned on the following terms and conditions:
