1. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of pressing the present petition, the petitioner will first approach the respondents by way of a representation seeking redressal of his grievances as prayed in the present petition. He submits that since the respondents were even otherwise under a legal obligation to grant the reliefs as sought by the petitioner, they may be directed to decide his representation in a time bound manner.

2. Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondents, who appear on advance notice, have no objection to this limited request.

3. appropriate representations within a period of four weeks and direct the respondents to decide the said representations within a period of eight weeks' from the date of receipt thereof. Needless to state, in case the petitioner is aggrieved by any order passed by any of the respondents, it will be open for him to seek legal recourse as permissible in law.
