The instant petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking issuance of an appropriate writ or a direction of any nature directing the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Delhi (hereinafter "DRT") to dispose of the case bearing TSA No. 16/2022 (previously SA No. 83/2019) in a time bound manner within a period of one month.

Vide order dated 2nd September, 2024, the Predecessor Bench of this Court directed the learned DRT to expeditiously dispose the said case i.e., TSA No. 16/2023 within a period of three months. 3.

Learned counsel for the parties submitted that the learned DRT has already disposed of the said case in terms of the order dated 2nd September, 2024.
