It has been stated by learned counsel representing the GNCTD that in respect of the work order issued pursuant to the subject tender which is under challenge herein, a subsequent writ petition, namely W.P.(C.) No. 14441/ 2024 was filed by the petitioner which was disposed of by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.11.2024. 3.

Accordingly, in view of the aforesaid development, this petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
