First Bail Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as „B.N.S.S.‟), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for grant of Bail in FIR No. 91/2022 under Section 302/34/201/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Sarojini Nagar.
