Present petition has been filed challenging the communication dated 22nd August, passed by the Assistant Commissioner RP Cell/Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") whereby the tender for allotment of authorized surface parking sites submitted against e-tender notice dated 11th July, ("subject tender") has been withdrawn/cancelled. The petitioner further seeks issuance of directions to respondents to open the financial bid in the subject tender. 2.

Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the petitioner's representation dated 27th August, 2024 by way of a speaking order in accordance with law within a week.
